I’ve been looking at some of the websites that were nominated and won in the Webby’s, so I thought I would link you up to a few of my favourites.
My favourite by quite a margin was the personal site for Graphic Designer Jonathan Yuen. I liked not only the style, but the sheer creativity behind it. The whole site is presented in such a unique way that I found myself just sitting clicking my way around it. An absolute pleasure to use and simple to navigate. Certainly worth a look.
Secondly, I would like to point you in the direction of Adobe’s “The Creative Mind”. I like the style of the whoe thing, an interesting blend of animation and video that works together very well. It’s quite a fun little site and certainly hooks into the whole Creative Side of Adobe’s Creative Suite.
My third choice was the website for IKEA Dream Kitchens. The interesting centre piece on the site is the showcase for some of the kitchens with possible settings. I really like the dynamic way the scenes changed from one kitchen to the next, couple that with the rather amusing piece on the Quality Tester section and it looks like a very nice site.
I'm a Christian, a designer, and a gadget fan who lives in Cheltenham, UK.
This is my blog, a creative outlet to mess around and play with as well as a place that logs my thoughts and inspirations.
This is one reason I love your blog. You find all the stuff I wish I would find but don’t have the time or knowledge about. Jonathan’s site is astounding. Good pick.

Well I do try :). Seriously, I’m glad you enjoy it, it’s great to have a few people come back constantly, although I know lots more do, but the ones who comment and join in make this whole thing much more enjoyable.
